VANCOUVER, BC, CANADA — April 21, 2026 announced the appointment of Terry Lefebvre as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, Lefebvre will lead Svante’s global finance organization and help advance the company’s next phase of commercial growth.

As CFO, Lefebvre will be responsible for Svante’s corporate finance strategy and operational excellence, including:

  • Strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting 
  • Financial reporting, accounting, treasury, tax, and risk management 
  • Corporate and capital infrastructure project finance
  • Shareholder relations and engagement
  • Business performance management and operational excellence  
  • M&A evaluation, integration planning, and corporate development support 

 

Lefebvre brings a track record of leading finance organizations through complex change, with particular strength in leveraging data to improve decision-making and profitability. 

He joins Svante from Egis, where he served as CFO for North America. Previously, he held senior finance leadership roles including Interim CFO at WSP Canada, and he spent significant time in the engineering and construction sector at SNC-Lavalin (now AtkinsRéalis).
